1. Initiate impeachment proceedings against Vice President Richard Cheney for the murder of tortured children since he has admitted murdering;
2. Stop funding for genetically engineered offensive biological weapons;
3. Abolish the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act;
4. Perform a complete and impartial investigation of 9/11 with no Council on Foreign Relations members or any members of any elite organizations on the investigative team;
5. Pass legislation prohibiting school teachers and other professionals from diagnosing any mental health issue who are unqualified;
6. Amend the statute of limitations nationwide to allow the bringing of charges for delayed discovery of childhood sexual abuse;
7. Ban electric shock treatment nationwide and encourage it worldwide;
8. Remove fluoride from water;
9. Free Gary M. Northington, #193035 from Michigan's Lakeland Correctional Facility
10. Pass legislation banning fingerprints for school meals; abolish legislation that has passed authorizing fingerprints for said meals;
11. Pass legislation to free for time served inmates who were arrested as children as accessories to a homicide;
12. Officially apologize to the Native American community for atrocities perpetuated by the Pilgrims;
13. Tear down the concentration camps worldwide; never construct them under any other term;
14. Ban Dihydrogen Monoxide;
15. Investigate police conduct for the purpose of filing federal criminal charges (in addition to civil "Conspiracy to Deprive a Citizen of their Civil Rights" charges per 42 USC 1983 et seq.) in the Marcus Wayman case in Pennsylvania and any other case of the same nature nationwide;
16. Order that police officers be adequately trained in sensitivity to sexual minority issues and a a written policy adopted;
17. Pass federal legislation to prevent a recurrence of the Minnersville, Pennsylvania tragedy;
18. Undertake the prosecution of the police officers involved on federal criminal charges and a civil action for "Conspiracy to Deprive of Civil Rights" under title 42 of the United States Code.
