POLICE BRUTALITY

Texas Police Brutality

They won it in Collin County and the JP Terry Douglas ordered my son to have his GED within a few months. This violated our civil rights again because all special education kids have until they are 21 years old to graduate.

They formed so many untrue cases on my 25 year old son and had his probation officer revoke probation and he went to prison for three years.

This son is Chad. He was not perfect, but he never did anything violent or malicous. My attorney said that he should have never gone to prison.

April 6, 2000, my oldest son, Chad Ray Bennett DOB 4-6-74,

is back in trouble with parole due to Royse City once again lying on him as they did to get him in prison. He was arrested and beat up very badly by Rockwall County Sheriff deputies (where Royse City chief's wife is employed) and he is in Rockwall County jail. They denied him treatment because they feared it getting recorded and therefore I went to Texas Jail Standards and they made the jail treat him, but they still will not get him to a hospital for an MRI, etc., for his back. Chad was sent back to prison because this was considered a parole violation.

Now because of my suing them, they have stopped my food stamps because of more false allegations. I have also been turned down for water payment assistance at Helping Hands in Rockwall Texas because the director, Margo Nelson, told me they cannot help disabled people.

Editor's note: If you think that this only occurs in Texas, please reconsider. Racism is pervasive throughout America today. If you visit Brenda's Web site which is http://maxpages.com/copbrutality you will see pictures of her children. These are "White" or caucasian people which is what I am.

This story gives me more than pause; it makes me sick to my stomach and heartsick for them and all the other families who suffer because they have friends who are either African American or other ethnicities.

The public schools perpetuate this atrocities because they are part of the problem except for the tiny few (six) who either subscribed to True Democracy or wanted to subscribe. The vast majority are happy with the status quo.

In the first edition of True Democracy there are numerous demands which directly affect the public schools. Therefore, the vast majority of people in the United States who read True Democracy would logically believe that the magazine was in the public schools but that is not what happened because they rebuffed my gift to them. This is not to say that they all did because in telephone conversations with tiny school districts in California for example, they were very grateful that I was providing them this information and empowerment at no cost for the rest of True Democracy's existence so these schools because they are so tiny that they never would be able to afford to subscribe. They are to be commended but due to financial constraints on my part, I was unable to send them correspondence as they didn't have an Email address to which I could, so please do not condemn them.

Instead provide them the password and let them join us. For the vast majority, however, this is not the case at all. In fact, Utah as a whole state placed a spam block on my Email address and told me that if I chose an "opt-in" system, they would end it. As God is my witness, how can any school want to prevent a student from learning documented American history? It is so egregious to me especially given that so many people are dying around the world and the American people are funding the atrocities with their taxes.

Thank you for telling the schools in your district to teach accurate American history because it has never been taught in them prior to now. Tell them also to teach that "all ethnicities want the same things regardless of skin color." Then, atrocities such as what Brenda Bennett has endured will not happen to anyone in the future because as the racists die out, there will be no more racism in the United States of America but only if you force the public schools in your area to accept this magazine and send one copy of the Demand page to the Speaker of the House for every student they have in their school or you will consider placing your children in a school which does. Thank you and God bless you.
