MAYDAY SIX: Want to Stop the Oil Flow

Roger that Phil.  We have suggested they use their BALLS actually ‘lead’ wiped with thick grease that are golf ball size or baseball size like I suggested to PEMEX in 1979 from Tampa General Hospital which WORKED SOLVING PEMEX PROBLEM.

I even HINTED AT A PROBLEM CAUSING TOO MANY BLOWOUTS INVOLVING CEMENT AND MUD WEAKENED WITH SALT WATER TO SAVE MONEY PERHAPS --- They MUST only use fresh water for the MUD/CEMENT as salt water and trying to cement plugs has blown out too many wells and will not work professionally speaking from SUPER EXPERIENCE Military and Civilian, but they might think this old man is just a boozer 70 years old instead of a Decorated American Veteran with medals from the Navy and USAR plus over 10 years WELDING EXPERIENCE plus way over 36 YEARS PLUMBING/CONTRACTING PROFESSIONALLY.  We give them all landline and SKYPE plus INTERNET contacts Phil, and no one except a few News Media from Canada and a real professional from UTAH EDU contacted me at their expense.

Branko Richard Babic GAVE ME FULL AUTHORIZATION TO GIVE AWAY HIS PATENT IDEA and help stop the gulf spill within 8 hours maximum. I would have anticipated the EXPERTS would grab their Maintenance CHIEFS to make up a small scale model, put say 5,000 pounds pressure simulating flow of oil and gas on the incoming side of a pipe, place the sleeve thick pipe over their riser simulation then push with 30,000 pounds of pressure against the Counter Pressure Plug with Pipe and valve with flange then attach a short riser with another shutoff on the riser to keep gas, oil, and water away from the work space then ONCE IT SHUT DOWN on their test pipe get TWO made immediately, put on blocks and lowered into the ocean over vertical section of riser 21 inches with the sleeve being 22 inches ID as once you force the CPP with beveled washer and weight OVER the riser you must protect the riser from SPLITTING as the washer is forced into the pipe riser which is flimsy by my standards made by GE people.  Also the hydraulic lines for 5,000 feet never had one noticeable check valve to prevent loss of ALL hydraulic fluid NOR were there any Shutoff Valves on ANY of this riser piping which stopped at 90 feet to be joined by another section floating all the way to the surface.

A radio man asked me today WHAT I FELT CAUSED THE FAILURE AND KILLED THE 11 MEN PLUS INJURED SOME OF THE 115 SURVIVORS.  He was told the USCG and FBI will probably have an investigation going to confirm criminal negligence involving knowledge that someone put too much pressure on a test to the ANNULAR rubber inside the BOP by pushing down too long and not knowing it would FRACTURE the annular rubber sending same up to the rig where Chief ET Mike Williams collected several handfuls to his supervisors [60 MINUTES TAPE AVAILABLE] and another problem KNOWN was one of the two modules controlling the BOP were bad and not replaced because everyone was in a HURRY perhaps to seal the well with Concrete mixed with perhaps cement and SALT WATER solution broke it down then one night later after cementing operation IT BLEW causing super gas to come out of the riser, fall all over the Deepwater Horizon and a SINGLE SOURCE CAUSED A SPARK AS THE ENGINES WENT BONKERS AND SHUT DOWN.

Remember Phil.  The Deepwater Horizon STAYED ON POSITION using GPS SAT systems in DP Mode. Once the engines and thrusters SHUT DOWN IN THAT INITIAL EXPLOSION THE RIG WENT OFF TOP POSITION AND PULLED PERHAPS BRAKING THE RISER CONNECTION AND PROTECTION LEAKING HYDRAULIC OIL ALL OVER PLUS FIRE STARTED MELTING EVERYTHING LIKE A BLOW TORCH BECAUSE NO ONE HAD SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING SPRAY SPRINKLERS OR FAN SPRINKLERS LIKE NAVY DESTROYERS AND CARRIERS FOR ABC OR NBC WARFARE WATER WASHDOWN.   Alarms were sounded, then everything went DARK as generators died, thrusters went crazy and steel started melting attached to a BLOW TORCH FROM THE SEA.  Forget three items required for a SUPER BLOWTORCH FIRE PHIL.  OXYGEN WAS GONE BUT THE BLOWTORCH WAS THERE LIKE IXTOC 1.

Thankfully 115 men including one woman were apparently to survive and be plucked from the ocean as the supply ship or on station ROV ship gave the MAYDAY to the USCG who started toward the sinking Deepwater Horizon burning out of control as fuel in large supplies plus no doubt OIL was ignited as people opened door hatches and ran for their lives.  Ruth and I started writing messages and giving ideas on 04/26/10 and no calls or anyone responding from BP or Governors Louisiana and Florida let alone officials in Washington.

I contacted Branko Richard Babic and HE personally gave me permission to GIVE AWAY HIS IDEA, even with my protective welded thick SLEEVE pipe so ROV could lower over riser protecting splitting of the riser pipe.   I found his invention could work Horizontal and Vertical from experiences using SWAGE TOOLS underground and underwater or above ground forcing steel and lead into pipes to stop massive leaks..nothing like 15,000 PSI leaks but leaks the same.  I knew that a LIQUID is a LIQUID even if it is sewage, oil, water and that even AIR could be stopped forcing something into a pipe that would not push out.  The use of a 6 inch line inside a 21 inch riser with some rubber flaps was a cute idea to refill a barge over weeks but the other spewing oil and gas from the full pipe plus three leak points was too much to handle.  No one even inserted a SUPER BASKET BALL size RUBBER section to stop the pressure and escape of OIL and GAS around the STRAW inside so we figured they were estimating something and not serious.

Still days then weeks went by with NO CALLS, not even from local media who should realize the FISH KILL AND STENCH plus ruining of visitors and vacationers to Florida plus loss of room rates, fish, wildlife and STENCH which will follow should have pressured IMMEDIATE TAKE OVER OF THE FULL CRIME SCENE until it was really determined beyond a reasonable doubt that Murder, Criminal Negligence, Terrorism and ACT OF GOD was not involved.  I checked for EARTHQUAKE reports and none could even begin to think about being the cause.  I even checked on GPS turned off for a few minutes as America MAY HAVE BEEN IN ATTACK MODE allowing people to run over bouy coordinates but NOTHING happened.  All that was left is CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE and possibly cutting a corner or two ignoring SUPER RULES which cost the lives of 11 seamen on the Deepwater Horizon Rig.

I have watched TOO MANY FILMS showing the feed down below indicating it is increasing SPILL with no action to use Oceaneering ROV operators using CHOP SAWS to cut away steel near the main leak to SEAL SAME with CPP or CPP with pipe.  NOTHING!

I recommended using SMITH BLAIR type couplings to allow attachment to join two sections of high pressure steel pipe underwater with NO RESPONSE.  I showed special STEEL CONNECTOR FLANGES WITH SPECIAL NUTS TO HOLD AGAINST RISER PIPE; no one responded.  I mentioned WELDING at 5,000 FEET with ROV and everyone no doubt had to contain themselves, but they forget HYPERBARIC CHAMBER WELDING allowable for TACKING SOMETHING OR WELDING STEEL but it is dangerous to the ROV as Nitrogen and Oxygen mixed with this underground GAS might explode once welding started.  All that refused is understandable.

What is NOT understandable is that crime scene should have been taken OVER by the USCG/U.S.NAVY and FBI, well sealed then recovery of all RIG and piping commenced TO PROVE IF THIS IS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE VS A TERRORIST OR MURDER SCENE OR ACT OF GOD.   The families of the 11 need closure and recovery of those BODIES on the bottom with special DEEP SEA SUBS like Cousteau used before to see with lights the small patch of clothing reflective and put the body into a 55 gallon barrel for a trip to the surface and REVIEW BY A CORONER looking for bullet holes to indicate MURDER and SABOTAGE is my old Law Enforcement Training BRAIN actions.  I want the entire rig brought up to shallow water so each inch can be searched for clues and confirmation that ALL MOTORS RAN AWAY AND BLEW UP STOPPING THE ABILITY OF THIS VESSEL TO STAY ON POSITION CAUSING FRACTURE, AND WITHOUT SPRAYS FIRE DESTROYED THE VESSEL CAUSED BY TOO MUCH OIL AND GASOLINE ONBOARD WHICH IGNITED WITH NO SPECIAL SALT WATER SPRAY PROTECTING SAME.

To me had the ship’'s motors and engines still been running THEY COULD HAVE RECOVERED but when the vessel is held in position by DP MODE using GPS and has lost the ability to correct itself in position the Vessel reached the PULL IT ALL LOOSE but the escaping oil and gas ignited, caused runaway conditions and barely time was there to allow ABANDON SHIP to occur before Deepwater Horizon went into a sideways LURCH pulling on the riser spewing BLOWTORCH FLAMES then Deepwater Horizon went OVER and sunk pulling and twisting the flimsy riser in several places causing a RUNAWAY WELL HEAD without any ACOUSTIC SHUTOFF AS THE HYDRAULIC OIL AND BATTERY UNCHARGED COULD NOT WORK OR FUNCTION.   IN A BLOWTORCH, DO NOT BLAME ANYONE FOR NOT HITTING A PANIC SHUTDOWN SWITCH AS ATTEMPTING TO CROSS INTO A BLOWTORCH WOULD MEAN SUICIDE OR WORSE!

I scream inside for no protective reflective tape on all uniforms for men and women ALL CAPS, ALL COATS, ALL PANTS plus NOT ONE FANNIE PACK WITH S.P.O.T. IN A ZIP LOCK SEALED BAG AND INFLATABLE LIFE VEST WITH REFLECTIVE TAPE AND LIGHTS PLUS LED LIGHTS ALONE makes me wonder WHO IS THE SAFETY OFFICER.     The next item is FAILURE TO SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY WHEN THE BOP ANNUAR WAS DESTROYED AS THAT CONTROLS THE READINGS AND PRESSURE READINGS. PLUS WHEN THE MODULE WENT OUT WEEKS BEFORE, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED.   FAILURE MAY MEAN CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF BP OR OTHERS INCLUDING SUPERVISORS WHO LIVED WHILE 11 DIED.

UNFORTUNATELY I know the invention of Branko Richard Babic WILL WORK IN 8 HOURS FLAT to not only save the well but secure same in a controllable atmosphere.  I also know use of LEAD BALLS forced into the mud and cement with fresh water rather than salt water WILL STOP THE WELL FOREVER !   Choice is BP since UNLCE has not taken over and allowed this NATIONAL EMERGENCY AND NATIONAL DISASTER since obviously BP will not even attempt to verify WHO ARE THE REAL EXPERTS NEEDED TO GIVE THEM IDEAS WHICH WILL WORK IMMEDIATELY or in 8 HOURS TOPS.

We send LABEOC direct messages and get a receipt number then some experts look into the idea perhaps.  Have been sending those messages since 04/26/10 and Branko Richard Babic'’s INVENTIONS from 1991 KUWAIT OIL FIRES CAUSED BY SADDAM HUSSEIN ATTACKING AND BURNING THEM was successful at sealing the wells and works at 5,000 feet horizontal or vertical in a FLASH or about 8 hours plus cost each would be less than $4,000.00 EACH.

Editor's note: It was not Saddam Hussein that ordered those wells to be set on fire; it was the U.S military that did. One serviceman admitted this.
