Out-Of-Control Totalitarian Government Agency In Action!
The FDA - The Food & Drug Adminstration - SHOULD be called A CORPORATE WHORE AGENCY being as it, in reality, works as a government whore for large corporate and government interests and seeks *NOT* to protect the public from tainted food and drugs but rather works to ENCOURAGE and give licence to corporations and large businesses which manufacture dangerous - if not deadly - drugs.
This same agency also approves food additives which work NOT to help us get, and stay healthier, but rather, to make us unhealthy and sick.
This, of course, is applauded by the pharmaceutical corporations which profit from a population of people KEPT SICK by means of all the bad chemicals and additives put in food products - not to mention the fact that the drugs the pharmaceutical industry manufactures and sells do nothing to CURE any disease. Think about it. Think about it real hard. What drug does the pharmaceutical industry manufacture which CURES anything?
The above doesn't even touch on the issue of the deadly vaccines - and their ingredients - which that agency (FDA) has approved for use on the public countless times!
Not to be forgotten is the subject of unnatural, laboratory created, genetically altered foods which Monsanto (and other companies) has created - with only profits in mind - and the blessing of the FDA! and to "heck" with the health of the consumer!
But before I continue, please read the INTENT of the Commerce Clause by our Founding Fathers. I have provided two links below. One is to the main Federalist Papers web site and the second link is to one paper which James Madison (1778) wrote which includes this "commerce" issue. If you read just this one page - even if you read only the section I point you to (below) - you will see how this government has chosen to totally and completely abuse its power under the "Commerce Clause."
You want to know HOW the commerce clause came to be? Do you want to know the INTENT of the commerce clause?
Read the Federalist Papers - do NOT listen to the LIES of this government! Below is a link to one paper by James Madison (1778) which deals with "Commerce." The Commerce Clause came to be to DO AWAY WITH tolls, tariffs, and restrictions between the various states, amongst other things. The Commerce Clause DID NOT come into being to give the Federal Government the power to regulate and rule over every possible aspect of our human and commercial behavior between the states.

AND NOW, as if the past, EVIL actions of the FDA were not bad enough, this same government agency has now set its sights on an AMISH Dairyman who produces some of the most nutritious and healthy milk in America.
What has happened is that the FDA spent thousands of dollars in setting up FDA agents to conduct a sting operation on an Amish dairyman. The FDA set up a house in Maryland, right across the state border from the Amish community in Pennsylvania. The FDA agents posed as ordinary citizens. Then those same FDA agents, posing as ordinary citizens, ordered some unpasterized milk from the Amish Dairy in Pennsylvania. When the Dairyman delivered the milk to the house in Maryland the FDA Agents THEN went to the Amish dairyman in Pennsylvania and arrested him for selling unpasturized milk across state lines. Thus, they were then able to CREATE a Federal case against that dairy farmer in Pennsylvania who had been selling wholesome, unpasterized milk for decades. And no, no one has EVER gotten sick from drinking his UNPasturized milk.
The FDA did their sting operation by misusing the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution. In case the reader doesn't know it, the Commerce Clause in the Constitution was put there to do away with tolls, tariffs and other restrictions some states had put in place to RESTRICT trade between the states in the early years of our nation. What the FDA did was to use the Commerce Clause TO PUT INTO PLACE RESTRICTIONS ON COMMERCE between the states - quite the opposite of the reason WHY the commerce clause was originally put into the U.S. Constitution by our founding fathers.
So, WHY did the FDA agents do this? The answer can be found in the simple fact that the demand for wholesome unpasturized milk has grown over the years....and that is something the large corporate dairies do not like seeing happen because it cuts into their profits. So, the CORPORATE dairies got the FDA to do their dirty work for them by getting the FDA to drive out of business dairy farms which sell unpasturized milk.
Thus, the FDA is working as the corporate whore for the corporations....as if we didn't already know that, eh?

Feds sting Amish farmer selling raw milk locally Cite interstate commerce violation
A yearlong sting operation, including aliases, a 5 a.m. surprise inspection and surreptitious purchases from an Amish farm in Pennsylvania, culminated in the federal government announcing this week that it has gone to court to stop Rainbow Acres Farm from selling its contraband to willing customers in the Washington area.
The product in question: unpasteurized milk.
It is a battle that has been going on behind the scenes for years, with natural food advocates arguing that raw milk, as it is also known, is healthier than the pasteurized product, while the Food and Drug Administration says raw milk can carry harmful bacteria such as salmonella, E. coli, and listeria.
“It is the FDA’s position that raw milk should never be consumed,” said Tamara N. Ward, spokeswoman for the FDA, whose investigators have been looking into Rainbow Acres for months, and who finally last week filed a 10-page complaint in federal court in Pennsylvania seeking an order to stop the farm from shipping across state lines any more raw milk or dairy products made from it.
[ Notice though, that it is "OK" for the FDA to APPROVE drugs with deadly side effects to be sold over the counter or to be perscribed - all across America! ]
The farm’s owner, Dan Allgyer, didn’t respond to a message seeking comment, but his customers in the District of Columbia and Maryland were furious at what they said was government overreach.
“I look at this as the FDA is in cahoots with the large milk producers,” said Karin Edgett, a D.C. resident who buys directly from Rainbow Acres. “I don’t want the FDA and my tax dollars to go to shut down a farm that hasn’t had any complaints against it. They’re producing good food, and the consumers are extremely happy with it.”
