Horizon Support and others:

We have, as a professional, been sending messages to almost everyone since the 26th day of April, 2010 trying to tell people the CPP or insertion of tubing then welding to interior of pipe or using even flange replacements with super valve pressure rated for perhaps 15,000 PSI would allow you in perhaps 8 HOURS FLAT to secure your well.  NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK, EVEN ON SKYPE WHICH WOULD BE FOR PENNIES NOR DID ANYONE DO ANYTHING BUT SEND ME A LINK TO FILL OUT LABEOC FORMS WHICH I HAVE DONE OVER AND OVER NOW ATTACHING FILES SUPPORTING BRANKO R. BABIC'S CPP AND CPP WITH HOLLOW PIPE.

I watched, as that professional, when someone put a STRAW into a 21 inch OD perhaps pipe with some rubber strips to see if they could pump oil to the surface....NOT STOP THE LEAK but pump 1/30th of the OIL to the surface with the heavy pressure at section above BOP and down in twisted pipe still there
PUMPING UNRESTRICTED OIL INTO THE GULF.

A SIMILAR APPROACH IS BEING USED RIGHT NOW ????  Where are the WELDS AND BALL VALVE OR ANY KIND OF VALVE TO SHUT DOWN THE ENTIRE WELL AT THE BOP OR JUST PERHAPS ONE FLANGED COUPLING ABOVE THE BOP ????   Your SIMILAR APPROACH DOES NOT SHUT DOWN ANYTHING EXCEPT GIVE FALSE HOPE TO MILLIONS IN FLORIDA AND GULF AREAS !

First you HIDE the actual size INTERNAL DIAMETER OF THE THICK WALL RISER UNTIL OLD PROFESSIONALS HAVE TO SEARCH TO FIND CLUES ABOUT TRUE PIPE USED.

SECOND YOU HIDE THE FACT THAT THE INSERTION OF A TUBE IS LIKE A STRAW IN A BUCKET THEN TURNING THE BUCKET OVER AS SOME OF THE OIL WILL GO UP THE STRAW, BUT YOU STILL HAVE NOT STOPPED THE LEAK WHICH WELDING THE CPP OR CPP WITH OPEN PIPE AND SHUTOFF VALVE WOULD ALLOW CLOSING OFF THE ENTIRE LEAK. AND IF YOU HAD A PIPE HOOKED UP TO THE PROPER PROTECTED BALL VALVE RISER, THEN YOU COULD KEEP SALVAGING OIL UNTIL YOU SHUT DOWN THE BALL VALVE AND HAD STOPPED THE ENTIRE LEAK.

I wanted to give you a way of cutting off the flow to see if you could activate the BOP with new module and no pressure.......more importantly you could keep it shut down 8 hours after we gave you the clues on 04/26/10 but again NO ONE CALLED ME OR BRANKO R. BABIC the inventor in Oxford England. I have talked twice or three times perhaps with Mr. Babic, and HE GRANTED PERMISSION FOR YOU TO SHUT DOWN THE WELL WITH HIS INVENTION AUTOMATICALLY AS THIS IS NOW AN AMERICAN DISASTER!  Even Benelle Enterprises, Inc. in Houston's JET SWET was shown or illustrated as I know that would work immediately if welded inside the pipe then still no one called.   Your present straw has no method of sealing it inside, and I doubt if you even have a ball valve on the line where it could have been welded with a HALF MOON plate allowing only the pipe to stick out perhaps IF it is thick wall steel pipe, and where is the picture with a ball valve?

Be sure to check your SO CALLED EXPERTS and see how many YEARS WELDING EXPERIENCE THEY HAVE WITH THICK WALL PIPE OF ANY KIND AND WORKING WITH HIGH PRESSURE LINES AND BALL VALVES..... NEXT TIME YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY, AND YOU CAN PASS THE INFORMATION FROM BRANKO R. BRABIC ON HIS TWO INVENTIONS ALL OVER THE INDUSTRY WORLD WIDE AS IT WORKS IN SAND, UNDER WATER AND EVEN IN SNOW, RAIN, SUNSHINE.....ANYWHERE IN 8 HOURS MAXIMUM TIME!

Thank you for responding, but GO OVER YOUR NOTES FROM 04/26/10 and the LABEOC filings and documentation as I too have many of them here for review.

ALL OFFSHORE RIGS AND ALL SHORE RIGS CAN USE THE BRANKO R. BABIC CPP OR CPP WITH PIPE AND ANY WELDER WORTH HIS OR HER CERTIFICATION CAN DO IT EVEN HELPING AN ROV OPERATOR AT 5,000 FEET DOWN.      S H A M E   O N   A N Y O N E   W H O   D I D  N OT  T E L L   Y O U    T H E   T R U T H !

How many MORE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS WILL BE WASTED AND WHAT WILL BE KILLED AFTER THOSE "EXPERTS" WROTE OFF THE ONLY SOLUTION WHICH COULD POSSIBLY WORK WITHIN 8 HOURS TOTAL TIME DELIVERED FROM A WELDING SHOP TO THE BOTTOM FOR ROV INSERTION 04/27/10-05/19/10 AND INSTEAD THOSE EXPERTS GAVE YOU A STRAW IDEA IN A BUCKET TO BRING A FEW MORE GALLONS OF OIL TO THE SURFACE. BUT THAT STRAW WAS NOT TO BE WELDED AND SHUTTING DOWN THE FLOW IMMEDIATELY !

I HOPE THE ADMIRAL SHOWS YOU SOME NAVY FILMS OF DIVERS WORKING EVEN ON SALVAGE OR SEALING PIPE FLOWS.....THEN YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND.

PISSED?    YOU BET I AM ANGRY BECAUSE YOU THREATEN MY STATE AND WATERS THEN YOU CAN GO HOME.......I WAS BORN IN FLORIDA, LIVE IN FLORIDA AND YOU ARE RUINING THE ENTIRE STATE AND ECONOMY AND THE BILL WILL BE CLOSE TO $3 BILLION....WITH A B BEFORE THIS IS STOPPED WHEN YOU HAVE HAD THE CLUES TO TAKE UP WITH EXPERTS SINCE THE 26TH OF APRIL AND NOW IT IS STILL NOT STOPPED ON MAY THE 19TH OF 2010.
